Return Process

  Securely place the product in its original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
